يقوم هذا البرنامج بتشغيل جميع انساق الصوت والفيديو و قد تستغرب
ولكن بالفعل يشغل ملفات الصوت بجميع انواعها ويشغل ملفات
الفيديو بجميع انواعها فهو يشغل ملفات ديفي دي اس DVDs
ويشغل ملفات VCDs ويشغل ملفات MPEG ويشغل ايضاً:-
ملفات فيديو مضغوطة مثل DivX files VLC ويقوم بتشغيلها جميعها وبجودة عالية
بل بجوده غير موجوده في غيره من البرامج كما تستطيع ان تتحكم في الترجمة مع الفلم ودمجها مع الفلم مباشرة
ويستخدم ايضا في البث التلفزيوني على الشبكة المحلية
البرنامج مجاني ولا يلزمه سيريال نمبر

وغيرها الكثيرالبرنامج له مميزات كبيرة وكثيرة جداً جداً حتى ملفات ريلبلاير يشغلها بجوده افضل من الريل بلاير نفسه
