Linotype GoldEdition™ 1.7 –
All the fonts you ever need

The GoldEdition™ is the most comprehensive product of Linotype Library and contains all important typefaces available through Linotype Library. They can be used immediately without an unlocking code.

The new GoldEdition™ 1.7 collection contains some 3,900 fonts from Linotype Library, TakeType and the ITC Library and the font family Agfa Rotis®. It is available either on one DVD or on four CDs.

The product does not contain the following fonts:
The fonts of the Elsner + Flake Library, the Lucida® font family or the fonts in the Platinum Collection such as Linotype Univers™, Linotype Frutiger™ Next, the Linotype Syntax™ family and Linotype Compatil™. These fonts can be purchased separately.

More than 1,900 fonts with the Euro symbol
Virtually all the text types feature a Euro symbol designed to suit that particular font.
For fonts that do not feature a Euro symbol, there is the Euro font, which contains Euro symbols in four different fonts that can then be inserted into a document by simply changing the font.


Adapted nomenclature of fonts (.. LT ..)
For more than 1,000 fonts with the Euro symbol, the font name has been modified across all platforms (Mac PS, PC PS and PC TT) with the addition of ..LT.. This means that old and new fonts can be used together.

1. The font management program Adobe Type Manager® (ATM) Light for both Macintosh and Windows.

2. Adobe™ Acrobat Reader in the latest versions available for each operating system.


The GoldEdition™ 1.7 is supplied on a Mac and Windows CD in a high-quality wooden box, together with the typefaces catalog.
The product’s user license has been extended to 20 workstations.
